Social Impact, Inclusion and Skills
AmCham EU and its members are committed to building a fair, inclusive and future-ready workforce that contributes to Europe’s long-term competitiveness and prosperity. Through our Social Impact, Inclusion and Skills Committee, we provide a platform for companies to share best practices, engage with EU institutions and promote initiatives that foster inclusive workplaces, empower under-represented groups, and strengthen the skills base of Europe’s workforce.

- Foster high-level dialogue on social impact, inclusion and skills within the EU policy community.
- Support members in strengthening inclusive and equitable workplace cultures.
- Collaborate with key partners and networks to amplify shared objectives.
- Champion American business leadership on advancing social responsibility and inclusion across Europe as well as skilling, reskilling and upskilling European workforce.
