Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

AmCham EU and its members understand that diversity and inclusion in the workplace are crucial to ensure Europe's future of work. This is why we support the European Commission's focus on equality and its initiatives centred on diversity and inclusion in the workplace through our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Task Force. The Task Force creates a platform for AmCham EU's member companies and external stakeholders to share best practices and explore how to best facilitate work environments that celebrate diversity and empower under-represented groups providing them with equal opportunities to thrive. Empowering people, as outlined in our Agenda for Action 2019 - 2024, is a key focus of the work of this Task Force.
