Intellectual property issues lie at the heart of any debate concerning trade, innovation and competitiveness in a global economy. The Intellectual Property Committee is committed to working with the EU institutions to further develop a strong, cost effective system for obtaining, licensing and enforcing intellectual property rights (IPR) for all parties involved.

  • Promote the value of IP for investment, research and innovation, creativity and growth. 
  • Tackle intellectual property rights (IPR) enforcement online. 
  • Advocate for the enforcement of IPR in third countries.
