Position paper - Making greater use of ECHA data and expert committees (SEAC, RAC) in the RoHS substance and exemption methodology

 This paper discusess the European Commission’s “One substance – One assessment” principle and stresses the need for greater coherence between analysis, classification and risk management in different pieces of EU chemicals legislation. 

The process of REACH authorization is used to analyse how RoHS can be improved.
