Management Intern for a period of 6 months (CIP contract)

Job description:
AmCham EU is looking to recruit a full-time management intern for a period of 6 months.
The management intern will directly report to the Executive Adviser to the CEO.
This role offers unique exposure to executive-level coordination, stakeholder engagement, and high-level event and meeting preparation within one of Brussel’s leading business associations. The successful candidate should be highly organised and motivated to provide operational and administrative support to the Executive Adviser to the CEO and CEO. The successful candidate will work closely to support with CEO meetings and engagements, internal governance processes and day-to-day executive operations.
Qualifications/skills/experience:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient computer literacy skills (particularly in the Microsoft Office Suite)
High attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Genuine interest in European affairs and/or international relations
Languages:
Fluent English (both written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
Contract:
This management intern will be under the Belgian CIP contract (convention d’immersion professionnelle) scheme.
