Sharing best practices in Lisbon

In late September, 55 representatives from 31 American Chambers of Commerce attended the AmChams in Europe (ACE) Best Practices Conference in Lisbon, Portugal. Susan Danger, CEO, AmCham EU and Roger Coelho, Senior Policy Director joined to exchange best practices and knowledge, as well as to discuss relevant and shared issues impacting AmChams and their members from across Europe and wider regions.

During the week, Ms. Danger also spoke at AmCham Portugal’s Transatlantic Business Summit, where she touched on the resilience of the transatlantic relationship, the role of the private sector in Europe and more. AmCham Finland was presented with the Creative Network Award for their innovative Launchpad USA, which is a US market entry platform for Finnish companies.

Thank you to AmCham Portugal for hosting this year’s conference and an additional thanks to AmCham Greece, who runs the Secretariat of the network, and the Executive Committee of AmChams in Europe for the superb organisation.
