AmCham EU's Gender Initiatives Task Force invites you to a breakfast discussion on

Promoting inclusive leadership in the EU

Inclusive leadership means having the courage to take conscious steps to break down barriers for people at risk of being excluded from society.*

Companies and their leaders have a responsibility to create diverse, inclusive and dynamic workforces. Government institutions also play a key role ensuring citizens of diverse backgrounds are empowered by role models and new leadership styles. This event will bring together industry, institutional representatives and experts to identify where progress can be made on inclusive leadership, in particular women. With the new incoming political leaders and a new European Commission in the making, we have the unique opportunity to provide input on how EU leadership will look and how inclusive the next EU agenda will be over the next five years.

Speakers will include:

Monika Ladmanová, Advisor on Gender Equality, Cabinet of Commissioner Vera Jourová
Albert Vallejo, Head of Government Affairs EMEA, Mattel
Rick Zednik, Managing Director, Women Political Leaders

The panel will be moderated by Elizabeth Krahulecz, Chair, Gender Initiatives Task Force, AmCham EU (EY).

We encourage all female attendees to bring a male colleague guest.

Please inform us of any additional guests.

A light breakfast will be provided
