On October 14th, the Hilton Hotel in Brussels hosted the 26th annual AmCham EU Competition Policy Conference, entitled “Private Rights and Public Authorities: What are the Antitrust Limits to the Exercise of IP Rights?”. More than 70 high-level figures from the Brussels competition policy arena attended an event that has become throughout the years a renowned fixture on the Brussels calendar.

AmCham EU officially launched its EU Environment Guide 2009 at a cocktail reception at the European Parliament in Brussels on October 13th 2009.
