AmCham EU elects new Vice-Chair of the Board
AmCham EU would like to congratulate Kaarli Eichhorn (Jones Day), who has been elected as the new Vice-Chair (Lawyer/Consultant) of the Board of Directors for a two-year term. We welcome Kaarli to his new role, and look forward to working with him.
The election followed the end of the term of outgoing Vice-Chair Meglena Mihova (EPPA). AmCham EU places on record our sincere thanks for her valuable contribution to the board over the last three years.
Kaarli is a member of Jones Day’s Antitrust & Competition Law Practice. He is also affiliated with the Firm’s Government Regulation Practice and is one of Jones Day’s Nordic Practice leaders. Kaarli has held prior leadership roles at AmCham EU for many years, including as Chair of the Legal Affairs Task Force and as Vice-Chair of the Competition Committee.
The result comes after the recent nomination and election process for a position on the Board of Directors for which we had two outstanding candidates, Kaarli and Pablo Muñiz (Van Bael & Bellis). We extend our gratitude to both candidates for the energy and effort that went into the campaigns and presentations and look forward to continuing our collaboration.
