The Institutional Affairs Committee aims to monitor and explain to member companies any changes in the EU institutional structure, including reforms of policy-making processes and constitutional developments. It identifies institutional issues that impact American business and public affairs strategies and assesses their consequences. It also aims to engage with the EU institutions on developments in the regulatory and institutional framework.
