Chloé joined AmCham EU in July 2019 as a Policy Adviser. She is responsible for the Trade and External Affairs and Customs and Trade Facilitation Committees, as well as the transatlantic relationship.
Before joining AmCham, Chloé completed a traineeship on trade issues and the EU-US partnership with the EPP Group in the European Parliament. She gained experience on international trade law and the WTO Dispute Settlement Body as a Trade Analyst with Sidley Austin in Geneva, Switzerland. Additionally, she gained knowledge on intellectual property issues during her time with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), a UN agency.
Chloé holds a Master of Literature in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Saint Andrews, UK. She received a Bachelor’s dual degree in Political Science and English Studies from the Université Lumière Lyon 2, France.
Chloé is a French national. She is fluent in English and French, and has a basic knowledge of Spanish.
