The Institutional Affairs Committee aims to monitor and explain to AmCham EU member companies changes in the EU institutional structure, including reforms of policy-making processes and constitutional developments. It identifies institutional issues which impact American business and public affairs strategies and assesses their consequences. It also aims to provide and to respond to EU institutions on developments in the regulatory and institutional framework.
