The Financial Services and Company Law Committee identifies, monitors, evaluates and influences european policies in the financial services and company law area. It supports the objectives of the Financial Services Action Plan (FSAP) to deliver integrated financial markets that benefit both issuers and retail investors by increasing competition, innovation and choice. It also supports the objective of open European capital markets and the deepening of transatlantic integration.
