Profile
The Environment Committee identifies, monitors, evaluates and influences European environmental policies and is responsible for implementing AmCham EU's overarching priority of promoting a coherent and balanced approach to sustainable development. The committee supports better regulation and facilitation of the transatlantic dialogue on environmental issues and develops and maintains contacts with key European decision-makers. This is often done in cooperation with other business groups.
